Frequently asked questions
What makes the Naturepedic EOS Pillowtop Organic Hybrid Mattress different from other hybrids?
It combines an 8" bottom support core with a 3" latex comfort layer and a pillowtop of pure organic Dunlop latex, all in fully organic fabrics, with independent side customization for certain sizes.
How does the pillowtop and layered design affect comfort and support?
The three-layer setup allows you to tailor firmness and surface feel, balancing postural support from the core with pressure relief from the latex layers and a breathable, cushioned pillowtop.
What should first-time buyers know about customizing this mattress?
You can explore different firmness options and swap or reconfigure layers within the first 90 days with expert guidance to help achieve lasting comfort and support.
What materials are used and how do they feel during daily use?
It uses organic latex layers and organic cotton fabrics, designed for thermally breathable, natural comfort and durability.
What sizes are available and does the pillowtop affect room fit?
Independent side-by-side customization is available for Queen, King, and California King; the pillowtop is part of the surface feel and does not change the overall bed footprint.

Consider consulting the guided layer adjustments during the 90-day window to achieve the preferred balance of support and surface feel for you and your sleep partner.
